Id better get organised too !
Been busy making Linus quilts and lots of other things …….and sending out lots of labels….Butterfly Bags – YES !
Tracy Cushing is organising it (Scallywag Bags)
She has just ordered some of the Rosie labels, and is hoping to have a bit of a Rosie theme….colourful…odd shoes….so watch this space
She will probably put it on the Facebook page, and on hereAnne (Label postie !)
There is a lovely little craft shop in Launceston. The first time I went in, I noticed a bundle of Morsbags hanging by the counter
It is a “collective” craftshop with locally hand made items
When I asked, I discovered that one or two of the group make Morsbags, and the whole idea of the shop is local, and sustainable. So Morsbags fits perfectly into their ethos.
Just another ideaI see that Pol has sent these out for Nicky now
Thank you Pol. I would not have had 250 to send outFond memories of Clarence House event. We had to get clearance for entry
Always think of it when I watch Escape to the Chateaux (addicted) as Dick Strawbridge was thereNicky, we wont be getting any more labels until the stock we have are depleted. I dont know if they will be the standard ones next time.
But Beattie and I both have some between us, so we would be happy to send out if you message us first. We can replace ours with the Rosie labelsThats excellent Jacki
I remember being at Craft4Crafters at Westpoint a few years ago. We were always very busy. We made up lots of kits beforehand, and rarely had any kits or finished bags left.Good luck, have fun – sorry its a bit far for me
Thanks Beattie
Nicky hasnt put an order through yet, but if I need any Ill let you knowAnne
PS Nicky – what is your Pod name ?
Hi Nicky
I am the main distributer of labels in UK, and I dont have any of the standard labels left, and Im not sure that our other admin does
I do have a small supply of old labels myself (the square ones) – probably less than 100, so if you only want a small number I could send some of those out, as long as you E mail me, or message on here so that I can look out for your order
Anne
AdminHi Valerie
If you look at the main Morsbags page, then click on Resources, you will find a lot of information you can use/adapt.etc There is a Power Point presentation which may be what you are looking for, as you should be able to copy and paste for your poster
There is a Logo you can use too. And some ideas for wall hangings, etc (the fabric one is nice)Anne
AdminPol and Jo are in agreement that they are an excellent project, but are not Morsbags
AnneIm not sure that these would count as Morsbags, but I welcome our other moderators comments
Barbara ? What do you think ?And post pictures on our Facebook page
So beautifully written. We can never forget Rosie. She was unique
