That is really great to hear Agwen. Morsbaggers have been putting a lot of their skills to really good use during the last four months.
You are right, we should be supporting each other, there has been a lot of activity on the Facebook pages, many making bags for unifor, which has been brilliant. My colleagues told me that they are using theirs, that I gave out several months ago. I’m home working, but made some ear protectors for them, and have been making masks
On the plus side, we have now started to send out label orders, now that we can get to our local PO. It may be a slower service, but the PO have been amazing over the last few weeks
You can never have too many Morsbags !
Pretty good total for a very busy month
Label orders slowed down a bit, but coming thick and fast now the holiday is over
Brilliant month, and a brilliant Sewvember to challenge to spur it on
Beattie, you have will have to on holiday more often…..we get a large tally when you do !!!
There are some amazing pictures of amazing bags posted on our Facebook site during this months challenge
Take a look…or better still, add a pic or two, or three…..
Am looking forward to the upcycled clothing bags, and waterproof Saturday challenge…they will certainly be required over the next few days
PS Lots sent out to USA, Canada and Australia too
Fantastic October total – no wonder I had bags and bags full of label orders
Lets see what Sewvember brings – lots of pictures being posted on FB
Keep them coming…
You can post pictures on our Morsbags Flickr site, or the Facebook page
We would love you to share them
An amazing achievement, especially Hampton Court (must keep that date free next year)
Morsbaggers have been so busy that we ran out of labels…but never fear….we have been replenished this week, and labels are now on their way….
Thanks, we have a few of these here too. Riverford have started doing it
I also noticed that the pet shop in Ivybridge has a display full of bagged up dog goodies – in little hand made fabric draw string bags.
Well spotted Beattie, and well done to Day Light pod – must check out the store next town Im down in Four Lanes,a s I often pass through St Day
Thats is amazing. But nor surprising as I have mailed out hundreds of labels this month, including 100 to Baby Stuff Braintree – what a lovely story.
Lots of labels going out to Essex – a very productive county it seems
Wow indeed Beattie !And were still in July !
Poor Beattie has succumbed to the dreaded rotten Summer cold, and is a little “under the weather” even though its beautiful down here in the South West, so Ivybags will continue the count until she feels up to taking back the reigns.
Watch out for a mahoosive July count…….
