It’s late here, so good night & I’ll check in tomorrow to see how others are going π
Hi all,
I managed to make three bags from start (deconstructing an old cushion cover) to finish. Next time I will have to have some kits ready!
You can see a picture here: https://www.facebook.com/morsbag.meisters/photos/a.436777839771460.1073741835.382864651829446/964757740306798/?type=3&theater
Cheers
JenI’m also wondering whether or not the competition is open to entrants world-wide π
Nice work, Macs Bags! We’ve had guests this weekend, so I’m just getting started now π
Wow, Beattie! I’m a bit late in catching up with posts, but what a great recount of an amazing couple of days… and such great photographs! Thanks for sharing π
Hi Joby, I’m liking the look of the new forum. I too would like to have an ‘edit’ option for my own posts – it looks like, as you say, it is currently only available to admins.
Cheers π
Thanks Krisbaby, Beattie, and Offcuts!
Beattie, I did have a lot of fun choosing fabric for the table covers and screen from my stash… and what a stash I have…. despite my best efforts π I don’t think a stall is going to work out this time, but I’ll be keeping my ears to the ground for an opportunity soon. I’d love to get my hands on a hand crank one day! I reckon it would be great for doing markets.
Offcuts, I have that bag just waiting to accompany on my next stall. It will be a fabulous talking point… with a dash of history π
For those of you who missed it, here are the bags Offcuts is talking about:
Cat Morsbag (JenMeister):
King Richard III bag (Beattie)

Sequential numbering does sound interesting. I haven’t really got any comment with regards to the square label, as I never ended up needing to buy any. I always buy labels in such bulk quantities that I haven’t run out of the old ones yet!
