Great news that you have bagged most of your village Whissybags. Is your community shop still giving away morsbags? 🙂

And Brislington WI (Bristol) is the daughter of one of our morsbaggers in Leicester! The growth thing really works! Good luck with your first session, I have sent a starter kit along with your mum.
Thank you Beattie for the figures. They are always very interesting! Well done everyone.
Hello Squeak! Great to hear from you and well done with your give away 🙂
Jan and Ann handed out 50 morsbags. Well done Kathy 🙂
In Leicester we shall be distributing bags at the Brocks Hill Christmas Fair. Thanks to Jan and Ann.
Well done everyone! 7 of the pods who have made bags in august are in Leicestershire!
Amazing!!
Its not a full year until october but at least they are drawing attention to the drop. I told you 5p would be enough!
Do you remember when we made bags for weighing fruit and veg out of netting like net curtains? I think it came from skopos. Grumpy does the food shopping and I can’t remember when he last brought home any fruit or veg in plastic bags. He wouldn’t dare! Our favourite greengrocer only uses paper bags. He said people have demanded them and he sleeps better at night!
The supermarkets will weigh fruit and veg without a plastic bag. I think there is a plastic free july group on Facebook, Apparently it only takes 21 days to get into a new habit! There are more fruit and veg being packaged in cardboard now as well. Ever the optimist me!
Don’t think so. They are woven plastic. Beattie, thats why I don’t think our work is done. If Morocco can have a complete ban so can we.
I must have been playing cougar morsbagger again!
Yes I have heard of her. Amazing work. I think she is friends with a textile artist friend of mine, Ruth Singer.
Last sentence of my post re a nice young man!
