They only took them after they had been told that they could. Xx
Thanks Beattie. It was one of the men that works there had the idea to get the lantern hooks out to line the path with bags. It does look good doesn’t it?!
It was you Sazzie. I remember it arriving!
I’m trying to post a photo of my second 10 but I have forgotten how to do it!!

I cant do it again!!!! Having a little tantrum here! I’m trying to post a photo of my next 10 bags and its just posting the address and not the photo. What am i doing wrong?
Try telling her that its a gift. It’s not just a gift to her, but a gift to the whales and turtles that suffer when plastic bags are thrown away. The only thing we really want in exchange is for her to use it (fabric and threads are a happy bonus!)
I had a brilliant discussion with a rather well-to-do gentleman once who thought it was “ridiculous” that we all did it all for free. (Remember Kelmarsh Hall Offcuts) He pointed out that we use are own electricity etc so it was costing us to make the bags and we should at least claim expenses. I told him that I thought of morsbags as my hobby and asked him what his hobbies were. He told me he liked going to the cinema and photography. I pointed out to him that his hobbies were costing far more than mine and no-one else was benefitting from his hobbies!! He admitted I had a very good point, understood where we were coming from a bit more and happily took a bag and promised to use it.
I think people just aren’t used to getting something for free! But that’s what makes them extra special.Good thinking with the bitsa bags Beattie. I’m on a mission to sort out all the smaller bits of fabric at the new morsroom and get them used up.
I do want to make all 100 out of different fabrics, mainly because it will look good in the photos! Lol. Another good reason for me to sort out all those smaller pieces of fabric Offcuts!
*SPOILERS* Don’t read if you haven’t watched this weeks!!
I loved this weeks episode. The children’s fancy dress challenge was fab. I was glad David won a challenge but I think his days are numbered.
I love the fact that there is no clear winner yet. Although I would like Tamara or Lynda to win.just set up a flikr account and trying to work out how to use it!!
Beattie, feel free to delete these practice posts! Think I can do it now. Xx

Is flikr the only way you can get photos on here? I was going to post a photo of my first 10 bags. I’ve posted it on facebook and wanted to share it on here too.
Thats good news Offcuts!
On track so far thanks Beattie. I have made one each day (and 2 on a couple of days.) I’m also trying to make each one out of a different fabric but I’m not sure that will be possible!
XxBrilliant stuff and well done Offcuts for organising them.
Wonder how long they will last us.
