Oh how marvellous! What a time you are in for. Does the older cat have dealings with the kittens? I just wondered what the social arrangements are. I am hoping that despite not being a mum herself she has helped with the bringing-up of other kittens, otherwise being in charge of two kittens all of a sudden could be something of a shock. Blue Moon already sounds quite a character. Looking forward to seeing pics of Lilac. If you have time would you be able to put a Blue Moon pic on facebook so I can make my friend Anne dribble?

I love the idea of ‘instant prey’! I reckon Offcuts will be making new prey every few days!

It doesn’t look particularly lopsided in the photo. Not enough to worry about certainly. Do you know? I don’t think that kitten is going to worry anyway as it looks like it will be a whole lot of fun and will keep you all amused for hours and hours.

What a marvellous contraption! I have no doubt that Blue Moon will find a good use for the black furry things. I think they will be for a bit of killing!

I agree absolutely with Offcuts, Butterfly and Sazzie. I do hope you will reconsider your decision Pickering Stitchers and continue to make bags with labels attached.

That’s good news but I wish they didn’t have to take so long to implement the law.

Isn’t it lovely though, that there are these amazing people about? Perhaps the Beeb should have a Great Sewing Machine Repair Challenge! That would spark an interest if the number of people in John Lewis haberdashery department was anything to go by. They were buying the Sewing Bee book and fabric in droves!

They are lovely. Very special bags. Well done. So good to get the message across to a school. The creative bit of decorating their bags will help them remember the message too!
