I would like to tell you about the positive side effects the morsbags virus had on me: So far, I’ve learnt two new (to me) seams: French Seam and felled seam, found out about podcasts from BBC radio in one of your forums, organized 3 morsbags workshops, met and was contacted by many nice people and even infected a few others with my morsbag making obsession. I even registered with Flickr and hope to learn soon how to upload photos (with a little help from my sons). It was a lucky day when I listened to the BBC Woman’s hour and heard about you all!
Hi Gudrun, that is fantastic! Good news on all accounts I say! The photo thing is easy just cut and paste the address bar on to your post. I think the thing to look out for is make sure you choose the ‘anyone’ option when it asks who you want to see the photos. It’s fine to have a practice on here!
Hey Gudrun, I nearly had a fit when I mis-read your post and thought you’d got a (computer) virus on here!! I’m so glad it is only the morsbag-making bug that’s bitten you 😀 with very positive results.
I’m really pleased that you’ve been developing new skills – and the workshops sound very interesting. Well done!! I think WE were lucky that you heard Pol on Woman’s Hour too 😀
