    October kept up the amazing output of morsbags. Thirty-five pods added a total of 2328 bags and five new pods joined.

    South Gwent Pod wrote “We’re 4 months old now and have reached 3 figures for bags made. I’m loving converting cast offs into nice bags and giving them away. More sewers are coming on board all the time. Lots of irons in the fire, boom boom! Thanks everyone, fantastic work.”

    That’s what I like too, I like taking stuff that’s not used any more and making it useful again – and the giving away free is the icing on the cake!! 😀

    Keep sewing, morsbags make a great alternative to wrapping paper for pressies!

    Sisters in Service are near Selly Oak, Birmingham and write “We are a group of ladies who want to help our local community” 😀

    so did I Beattie! Thanks so much for doing the sleuthing – fascinating as always 🙂 And as you say, bags make great wrapping so hopefully November will be a good month in preparation for all those Christmas presents…

    We have already started Christmassing our morsbags by tying a silver, gold, bow on all our bags made by Trusty Bags. Thanks to our new student Sam for taking on that task!
