Hello everyone, just wanted to spread the word about an event I’ve been invited to attend in Leicester on Saturday 22nd April as part of the Leicester Textiles Festival.
We will be doing a ‘pop up morsbags shop’ at the LCB Depot, myself (Whetstone Whales) and Sue (so mrs bag) will be there all day handing out bags, kits, demonstrating how to make a bag on our vintage hand crank machines and spreading the word about morsbags. Believe it or not there are still a few people in Leicester who haven’t heard about us!
It would be great for any local morsbag makers or anyone interested in what we do to come along, there are lots of other activities going on too…..
