About this pod

August 2019 we held our first sewing pod. We ate cake. We had conversations. We cut and ironed, sewed and snipped. People don't have to know how to sew or have a sewing machine to join. Cutting, folding, ironing, sorting, cheering people on, keeping beverages topped off; everyone is welcome. December 2019: We celebrated our 5th pod meeting and 51 bags made. March 2020: We are sewing strong! Winter weather and social distancing has not slowed us down. We keep on sewing at home and looking forward to when we can gather again.
