Rosie-ettes!

In January 2021 we were devastated to lose Morsbagger Extraordinaire Rosie Eley

(Offcuts) who passed away due to covid. She was the most awesome whirlwind of a kind-hearted, passionate, rule breaking, risk taking, disruption making, positive force of energy without whom morsbags wouldn’t be what it is today, especially in the Leicester (UK) area. Her pod (still at the top of the pods table) and the numerous other pods she inspired locally are responsible for approximately a quarter of ALL morsbags made, which reflects her dedication to the cause, and to the whales.

We have designed and ordered 50,000 new labels in her memory so that when you make a morsbag, perhaps you can give her and her achievements a thought; maybe make an odd handled bag, or an extra colourful ones she loved colour and a bit of chaos.
