Another intrepid adventure with a splendid write up. Thank you so much. You got a lot of bags made despite the weather – the Ugandan one is a stunner! Good for you staying on when even the burger vans had left. Glad you got out and home safely. What a good thing you had wrapped your gear in the tarpaulin – that is when experience pays off!
Thinking of you today as it is pouring with rain. Good thing you have your wellies with you. I know you two are very intrepid so am sure you will win through and get hundreds of new baggers beavering away. I hope you have a reasonably waterproof area for your stall. Everyone who comes your way will have fun whatever the weather! Looking forward to your usual entertaining report in due course.
As usual – Excellent!
No, Offcuts, it was a flowery one. I have often wondered if it was one of yours. I will try to take a photo – will probably end up with it on fb as getting a photo on here is sometimes beyond me – lack of time to persevere is the problem!
And, of course, well done to Gudrun too but we have to wait until September to get the pictures of the triumphant baggers!
What a splendid array of bags! It’s good to get children interested and I bet they enjoy the sense of achievement at making a bag. I’d say that is another winner Offcuts!
Lovely report and excellent pictures. Morsbag making in a yurt takes a lot of beating!
Well done Butterfly! Great idea to give out bags as people arrived. I bet they were pleased and then in a really good mood for the rest of the day!
What a lovely report and pictures! It sounded a very interesting event and it was so good you were there to spread the morsbags word. It is amazing where you get to.
OOOOh offcuts! So pleased you have ordered a bell. That will be an excellent acquisition!
Oh well done! That is amazing!
That’s brilliant Tracey! I just love the idea of the music persuading you to hand crank in time with it. I can see that would be compulsive.
It sounds like a wonderful event.Brilliant work Bude Baggers. What a clever idea the Ring the Bell and Make a Mark was.
And – welcome Lelly!I am still using the morsbag that started me off. I was bagged at London Zoo when
Gavin had some sculptures on show there! How lovely! She’s absolutely gorgeous. I am looking forward to lots of pictures. It is just possible that she might rival Rosie’s cats for picturesqueness.
