I’m still here but life has been very busy….. The Sazzie family have had a very relaxing summer, lots of family time ,making the most of the summer holidays before Miss Evie started school in September.
We have been fighting hard to keep our forever family home a peaceful and tranquil place and have been celebrating a victory over a recent planning application – 12 months of stress I don’t want to repeat anytime soon.
We’ve also had a new addition 4 weeks ago who is keeping me busy during the day while Miss Evie is at school.
Ollie is a 12 week old black cocker spaniel and Miss Evie adores him, as infact do I and Mr Sazzie.
Village life is still keeping me busy – fundraising for the church spire fund and as of last night I’m also a member of the PTFA at Miss Evie’s school.
As a result my morsbag tally has been stuck for quite a while, however hopefully soon I’ll be driving barefoot again and climbing up the pod chart.
Bobbin bags (the new pod I set up when we moved house ) is currently on 199 bags and I’m hoping to make it to 200 soon. Obviously I don’t add to my old pod ‘Saz bags’ anymore but the combined total of both bags is now only 147 away from 5000, I can’t wait to hit that target.
My friend and fellow pod member Sally ,who is now equally addicted to sewing , has returned to her native roots in Yorkshire, so although we don’t see each other often I know she’s still sewing away, although she doesn’t get much for morsbags with a new job and two little people under 4 to look after.
I love to hear all about others morsbagging adventures , even though I may not always comment.
