We had a lovely day today at one of our favourite morsbagging venues. The Green Place in Leicestershire is a wonderful place to visit and we get to make morsbags in the yurt.
Myself, my daughter Keavie and my lovely friend Louise spent the day sewing, chatting, giving out bags, meeting people and spreading the Morsbag message. 14 bags were made, more were given away and I got to eat a fabulous veggie BLT (Offcuts will tell you how good they are!)
I am rubbish at getting photos on here but there are some on our Facebook page, including a brilliant Christmas bag that Keavie made.

Butterfly Bags has now reached number 30 in the top of the pods charts! The lovely Louise has been showing the ladies at her church how to make them and they have made some for their local food bank. Brilliant.

I remember when we visited The Green Place with Offcuts, Tori. The yurt is lovely and I had an interesting look round the garden. You had a super day, by the sound of it – well done everyone! 🙂

Thanks for posting the photos, Tori and Offcuts – I particularly like the one with the ribbon-wrapped present on it. What a great idea for a “wrapping morsbag” 🙂
