2755 morsbags were made in June. Another glorious total, especially as the weather was mostly fine in the UK. I always think “Good morsbagging weather” when the rain is lashing the windows – which it hasn’t been, lately.
Bag-making pods of which there are 68!

There were some Interesting comments
eco.on.the.quiet writes
“I used to be in a pod ages ago, but I moved a couple of times, and the bagging unfortunately fell by the wayside. I’m inspired to start up again, so I’ve got the sewing machine out, and I’ll just see how it goes…”
Welcome back eco.on.the.quiet! 😀Here’s a heart-warming story from HoppyMors –
“Solo Podder. I discovered MORS Bags at The Handmade Fair at Ragley Hall. I do a lot of fabric crafts and sell them to raise money for Hopper Haven & Littlefoot Sanctuary, a rabbit and guinea pig rescue that I support. I shall be giving away my MORS Bags at Craft Fairs.”Ladybirder’s comment will also please Tori, the Ragley Hall bunch and Team Leicester!
“I was at the Kirsty Allsop Handmade Made Fair at Ragley Hall recently with ladies from a local craft group and was thrilled to be given a free Morsbag. My first batch will be made from a much loved quilt cover, accidently washed along with a ballpoint pen. It will be recycled as bags for my Creative Crew friends, in the hopes some will be inspired to join my pod! ”I’m so happy! 😀 We’re all making a difference in our communities, wherever we are.

July 14, 2018 at 12:10 pm #9535That’s great news. We met so many lovely visitors at Ragley Hall and it is always exciting to see other people’s excitement when they discover the joy of morsbags! Well done everybody x
