    just posted this on Bude Baggers facebook page –

    “whoohooo! Since I started Bude Baggers in June 2014 we have now made over 5,000 bags! (I’d made 900 when I “re-invented” my solitary pod into Bude Baggers) That’s amazing – I never anticipated Bude Baggers being such an extraordinary success and of course it’s all down to all you lovely people! 💙👏💙👏💙”

    Wow, that’s fabulous Cathapple! Congratulations to you and all the members of Bude Baggers! I see lots of additions to the global tally from you when I collect the stats for my monthly round-up of active pods and numbers. Bude Baggers is often the first pod to add bags each month, and then follows up regularly with more.

    Thank you – quite a difference from when I plugged away as a lone bagmaker in rural north Devon, and couldn’t find a single person with any interest in morsbags! I think I’m lucky to have moved to a place that has such a string “green” ethos x

    Congratulations Cathapple. Your pod is also an excellent example of the ‘growth’ vision from Pol when she first started morsbags but using social media. Congratulations on reaching 5000, thats a great achievement. xx
