A new pod is always a reason to celebrate and Leics have 2.
Niffybags Based in Countesthorpe, Run by Maureen, set up helped by Butterfly and supported by the Parish Council. Hopefully the venue will be the library soon to be run by volunteers and the Parish Council.The name comes from the local name for Countesthorpe due to the sewage farm apparently. Maureen has already made about 100 bags, the first batch went on to Offcuts tally but now she has her own pod and no doubt will be whizzing up the table!
Eversewcrafty is Chel and Claire. Chel was originally in Bobbinsnbuttons but we have persuaded them to have their own pod. They live in Burbage which is near Hinckley. They went along to Tori’s saturday workshop at Brocks Hill and really enjoyed it so hoping to see them on thursdays too. They have already made 24 bags!

We heard yesterday that one of the ladies that came to our event a few weeks ago has also registered her own pod!!
Offcuts, can you remember what it was called?Yes Rags to Bags. It was lovely, her hubby came in to set labels and Butterfly showed him how to add her bags to her tally. She has now made 8 bags. Butterfly and I had a secret smile Because it was lovely to have another new pod. 🙂
I’ve just authorised Rags to Bags, so that makes 3 new Leics pods in a few days! 😀
